We then went through a fairly routine interview discussing my educational background and employement history pertaining to those job skills I could offer the company. Basically, I was hired after that one interview. However, once hired, I did go through a series of visits to corporate headquarters, wholesale facilities and local retail facilities to familarize myself with corporate strategies and policies as well as important contact people. I also rode for couple of weeks with another Agronomist and a week with a District Manager to further familarize myself with the company.
