Southern States Cooperative, Inc. is a very conservative company and
values top employees. The type of job an Agronomist has allows for a
considerable amount of freedom relating to both creative job execution
and work hours. We work with a wide range of clientele from retail and
wholesale personnel to farm labor. Dress code is professional casual
fitting to the occasion and again, work hours are very flexible.
Advancement opportunities at this point are limited due to downsizing of
several departments, but individuals that are motivated to perform and
are effective leaders always have career improvement opportunities.
