I was hired in at $35k and received a $2K a year raise the first 2 years
and $12
the 3rd year I believe only due to the fact that I am about to the top
of the
salary range for my position. All employee receive a standard 3 weeks
vacation,
2
personal days and 10 sick days (that do not rollover) each year,
prorated if
beginning after the first of the year. We are often offered generous
stock
options. The Company pays hafl the membership fee per month for health
club
memberships. They also have a generous education program for those
wanting to
finish or return to school. They even provide fruit to us 3 times a week
and a
free membership to even magazine we publish.
