Interview questions centered around management tasks(this is true for
almost any position, even those not involved in management, just to see
if the candidate could manage). There is a pre-screening phone
interview with a 3rd party that asks specific situation questions and
then general questions. One was "how do you delegate?" Give examples of
a time you delegated that worked and one that didn't. The second
interview was with a recruiter and then a DM. Some similar questions,
but mostly about previous jobs and why I want to work for them.
Also, what would you do differently at your last job to help you stay
there, instead of moving on?
