It was like working for a corporate conglomerate that had all the power
and protections, makes sinful amounts of profits, pays minimum wages
forever-to undocumented workers-that cannot help themselves, and
considers it workers inhumans, dispensable, unintelligent, uncounted,
invisible with a modern times slavery culture. The diversity was like
90% Spanish, 3% Asians, 2% Blacks, 3% Whites, 2% Others. 24 hours for
the labor workers- 9-5 for office workers including weekends for payroll
clerk. Opportunities for workload advancement, 20, 40, 50 cents yearly
hourly rate increases if performance reviews were conducted (never) and
if good ratings were given (not ever). Uniforms dress code.
