Hours is pretty flexible and in average 35 hours per week - Actually
closer to 42 given the work interest there.
Opportunities for advancement is very depending on the internal network
you build over time - You need to know how to sell yourself.
Culture is pretty open minded but under some French company culture
rules - Meaning that any boss manages a territory (his departement,etc.)
and you need to seek permission if you happen to step in the boss
territory.
Working at Soci??t?? G??n??rale is great. Office premisse is superb, a lot
of facilities are available around (company restaurants, shopping
centers, etc.) and commuting is really easy by train, bus, metro or even
by car since there is a huge and free parking under the building.
There are many young employees and this makes it for a dynamic work
athmosphere.
Soci??t?? G??n??rale has got strong company culture. Team work is encouraged
and the company is pretty flexible unlike many other French companies.
