Working here is quite different than where I worked before, for a Big 5 Firm.
The culture at this advertising agency is relaxed. There are times when
deadlines are sudden and pressure is increased, but in general, things are laid
back. There is good ethnic and cultural diversity, as well as diversity in
personalities, talents, and interests. Hours are 9-6 and the dress code is
extremely casual -- flip flops and t-shirts are perfectly normal during the
summer.
