The interviewer was 45 minutes late. To make it worse s/he asked form questions: "What is your most challenging experience and why? How did you deal with it?" The callback was four separate interviews with three associates and a partner. Lunch was with two associates. For the most part, the people seemed personable and interesting. It was more conversational.
