There is a pleasant atmosphere, and always interesting situations to
keeps ypu busy. There are plenty of chances for staff to exprress thier
ideas and it is often the case that they are recognised and seriously
considered for upper management.
Apart from the usual ffice gossip that goes aound people are very
toleramnt of eachother, and office staff and field staff mix well.
There is a common cafeteria for all office and field staff. This means
that nobody is left out of the social side of the company and everyone
can socialise without fear of being left out of anything else.
The genral concensus of the company is pleasant, however, it has to be
said that there is a little too much movement at the present time. Alot
of people seem to be moving on to other employment, and instead of a
direct replacement, there is either no replacement or someone who
partially fills that role. This is seen as a problem as it eave people
unsettled in who to see if there are problem realting to work completed
by the person in the previous role. It is seen that the best way round
this is to simply replace directly or disgard completly. But this is
one of the few subjects that is hard to get round.
