This is particularly true of Siebel Professional Services. Siebel PS is treated like a second-class corporate citizen. It's Middle Management is second rate at best. It's Executive Management is the worst in the industry. This seems to be due to the culture that Tom Siebel founded for the company. When the stock options were flowing and everyone was making money no one cared. Those days are gone and the culture remains the same. There is absolutely no regard for the Employees. This is the worst possible employer you could work for in the industry. I guess digging ditches would be worst however...but not by much.
