The firm is a very productive and very respected law firm and is staffed with excellent attorneys representing major clients. However, the outlook within the New York litigation practice I would rate as cloudy. There is an overall dissatisfaction that pervades throughout the associate ranks that, in my opinion, has not been addressed well, if at all. Many of us believe that there is likely to be a large exodus after year end bonuses are paid out, which would aggrevate the problems within the department.
