Job Title Interview Survey
analyst the company has seen so much instability in terms of management and haphazard promotion of incompetent people, with politics and egos determining promotions instead of abilities and real leadership skills. I interviewed for a position that was to serve as my entry to the company to become a trader, but that promise never materialized as the managers, gm's and vp's all changed. I interviewed with 5 people and basically it was more or less a situation of whether or not they liked me as opposed to whether or not i could do the job. the job was so far below me at the time it i could have done it in my sleep. i took the job only because at the time, they claimed they did not hire traders directly from the outside but were promoted internally. lots of lies at this company. the parent company, is different and of all the companies the parent owns, this one is hostile towards women, doesn't run itself like a professional business but instead like a highschool with tons of clicks, only now the chess club geeks that couldn't get a date are in control and punishing all the women by making sure they can't advance.
