I found out about Shavlik on my own via research on line. I was
interviewed by the company recruiter, a couple of the software
engineers on my technical skills, and by the CEO/President, who used to
work for Microsoft. The job offer came a couple of days later with a
very good compensation package. Technical questions on current
technology to verify that I had the skills necessary. Also did some
diagraming and pseudo coding on a white board. At the time I knew I
was interviewing to join their consulting staff.
