I've got a pretty good manager. I've survived the transition from the
company being a Microsoft consulting company to a Security Software and
Services company. The company has good benefits (Medical, Dental,
401K, Ownership). Good people to work with. Work hours are flexible.
Dress code is very relaxed. Jobs are offered internally first, and
there are some possibilities for advancement. Executives at times
could communicate better. At times the executives seem to make
decisions without completely considering the whole result of making
that decision. But they now seem to take more and more interest in
improving the culture, improving the communication in the company, and
improving the planning process within the company.
