I was recruited for the company while working for a cell phone
distributor. I had engaged in everyday converstation with several of
the upper management of the company and became friendly with them. I
was currently managing a kiosk and had expressed my discontent with the
company I was working for. One of the managers had asked if I was
interested in a position but the money was not enough to make me change
jobs. When a position opened that was a step up, I accepted and was
intereviewed on my lunch break by the District Manager of the Sharper
Image. One of the questions that seemed significant to me was how I
would deal with insubordinate employees? How I could increase sales and
decrease shrinkage? (which was a significant problem)
