Sephora has a few bugs to work out as far as how they treat people.
There is no
such
thing as diversity here and you definitely have to fit a certain image
to stay
with them.
Because it is still so small and disorganized there is not much room for
advancement.
The hours are long and you can never work too much in your bosses
opinion.
There are a
lot of different ideas of how to run the company but nothing has come
together
yet and
even when something is implemented it is quickly changed and done
someone else's
way
instead of being thoroughly tested before being rolled out.
