I love it! It is a complete 180 degrees change from my previous employer,
IBM. At IBM, it was like working in a factory assembly line as mountains
of work was dumped on the employees there with no regard to your well-
being. I
was shocked the first day at Sensis Corporation since it was
drastically different from the environment at IBM. People were very
friendly and everyone says hi to each other. In addition, everyone is
very helpful and wants to see you succeed. The technology is advanced as
I got a nice new Dell laptop for work while at IBM I was given an ancient
four year old laptop that crashed destructively every few months. The
hours are from 8-5 with a one hour lunch break but very flexible if you
need to do things outside of work. The dress code is casual business.
There are plenty of opportunities for advancement and projects. The
employees treat each other like a human being. It's a down to earth
company that is rare to find in these days of worker exploitation in
corporate environments.
