The day of my interview i met with a manger named Carl. He was a very
laidback kinda guy, which made it that more eaiser to talk to. The kind
of questions he asked me were basic and straight to the point. certain
questions i remembered were the opening one what makes you choose sears
as a place of employment? Through your experience what do you think you
can offer this company? What do you intend to get out of working here?
there were others but i cant remember them all. After i took my drug
test i got called in for a second meeting to discuss my work
schedule,and receive my badge and smock, and also some paper work.
