Usually friendly dress codes consists of Khakis, skirts were an option
for women, black or white tops (polos: long or short sleeves, oxfords,
sweaters), footwear is walking shoes, or casual dress shoes (more
importantly comfortable shoes). Workers are required to cover when co-
workers don't arrive, but disciplining by upper management
for "unnecessary" overtime. Advancement was usually from within
company, but typically another location. Noticed more women than men
and a largely minority staff not correlated with clientele. Starting
pay rarely commensurate with experience, or more accurately wages are
very inconsistent. Standard retail work environment. Required to train
employees hired by H.R., very challenging since new hires are "bodies
to fill positions" especially around holidays. Rumors have it that
hiring consists of keeping retirees, and veterans of military.
Employees are non-union workers.
