CASHIER I think working for sears has been a positive learning experience. Not only has it enhanced my customer service skills, but i have also learned skills through certain experience i have encountered there. Now on to the subject of hours sears has been very flexible with my schedule not only to suite the needs of the store, but also to suite the needs of my schedule.Which i think is remarkable! Now even though in surveys maybe taken before you might of come across low pay stated in a statement, but i feel having a flexible schedule kinda balances that out! Now lets talk about dress code very simple black or white collared blouse or sweater with at all times your sears smock and name badge. Jeans and khakis are acceptable no shorts or skirts allowed. Now lets talk about advancement opportunities for advancement is wide as long as you prove yourself capable of the duties required for the position you will have plenty of room to grow!
