Cashier, In store marketing, Customer assist, and receiving associates are not paid so well. The compay spends fifty billion dollars a year on training its associates. Initial training takes place at a computer in a training room so that when you start your job you know about what you are doing. Overall it is a pretty good place to work. You harly ever get your days off together and there is a very strict attendance policy. I would say scheduling is the biggest downfall.
