3 rounds of interviews for a position right out of undergrad: 1 at the
college and 2 at the office site. The final two rounds were held over a
weekend all day on Saturday and Sunday.
I interviewed with every type of person within the management structure:
analysts, associates, VPs and managing directors. I felt like I was
given a reasonable picture of the work environment and could get a
handle on the type of people in the organization. The interviews were
primarly behavioral, although the interviewers always asked at least 1
technical question (e.g. do a DCF) or critical thinking question (e.g.
how many diapers are produced each year). It was a difficult interview
process.
