I think the company has a very big strong hold in the student loan
business. I believe they need to keep their tenured people happy so
the
turn over isn't so high. Employee moral is low due to people being
made
to feel like machines instead of people. Customer Service is the key
to
this business, but due to time contraints put on us by a "Workforce
Management" team,it is very hard to give the level of customer service
I
would expect if I were calling in. They expect the employees to take a
high volume of calls in a short amount of time. You can't obtain the
quality of customer service that is demanded, when you're being rushed
to get off the phone & take the next call.
