I had one main interview for the role but it was fairly in depth and I
was seriously questioned over my understanding of religious and faith
matters as the school has a strong focus in this area. I was asked,
with respects to a head of department position, how I handled conflict
and how I led a team of people. I was informed that my future-
potential department had low staff morale and was then asked how I
would deal with that. I interviewed with the school principal and a
leading teacher at the college.
