My school is in the unique position of not having to do serious
advertising for places at the College as we are one of the area's
strongest, academic colleges. Parentsliterally fight to get places at
the school. Many other fee-paying schools locally do advertise. I would
mention as well that since this is a Catholic school the fees are quite
a lot lower than other fee-paying schools in the local areas.
The principal is keen to advertise the college from the stance of a
strong arts program: this area is often seen as a strong selling point
in the community. Products and services are comparable to other local
schools, excpet that we have an excellent reputation for discipline.
Many parents want their childrento go to this school because of morals,
values and discipline enforced at the school. Employee morale is not
always high for reasons listed in another section of this survey.
