In my opinion, my salary is good (about 45000 euros a year).
The company have given me four stock options in the past. Under the
French tax
system, these need to wait four years before being exercised. At the end
of this
period, though, I doubt that I will be able to exercise any of them at a
profit
from their initial price.
Paid leave is generous, at 25 days standard leave, plus 8 days of RTT,
plus 6
other days for assorted other reasons.
