All interviews are with R&D people that evaluate you as a person and as
a
technician: we don't have any psicologist to support us in hiring. The
head of the personnel checks people character before hiring.
Main question are C-oriented or Java-oriented; but we always start from
the thesis of the candidate at the beginning of each interview.
We like having the person speaking of himself and we explian sincerely
our work and our prospectives, with no promises that cannot be made
true.
I remember that every promise I received during my interview has been
mad
e true by my company.
