The workplace is fine, corporate culture is local and not global, so we
have a direct look on our results and we know which is the impact of our
work.
Dress code in R&D is extremely free and we have small hours
restrictions.
Almost all people is coming from the neighbourness, so there is not a
mixture of culture but almost all of us are Christian, South-Italian, we
speak the same language, have the same traditions and so on. There is a
lack of interesting foreign culture, but we fill that we belong to the
same culture and there is no distance between us.
There is no problem in expressing an idea, but today's budget is more
important than research, though we are an R&D dept.
Opportuinities for advancement are not good like a few years ago, but if
you are good and a bit lucky, you can have your team to manage in a few
years.
Economic growth is not good. (about 5 % per year)
