I first met with human resources personnel who explained the benefits of
working for the company and the policies and procedures of the company as
available in the company book of those items. I was next interviewed by a
Vice-President of the company which was the only interview I had. The
interviewer asked about experience and training for the requirements of
the position I was being interviewed for and was I happy with my former
employer, why did I want to leave my current company, and what did I
expect to achieve with them as my new employer
