Corporate culture at my current place of work is one that considers the
employee the most important assest of the Company while supporting it's
customers to fullest extent possible. This makes for an integrated family
of corporate officers, employees, and customers. My company provides the
opportunity to move between projects and positions as well geographical
locations. Its motto is one of diversity and heavily promoting of
cross-training so that employees can do as many different things as
feasible within the company's area of operations. The company offers
flexable work hours, subject to the requirements of the customer when
onsite. My current employer has a dress-down code five days a week at the
Corporate headquaters, and on-site contract employees are free to follow
the dress codes of their contract customer. The company believes in
formal education and training to help it's employees advance within the
Corporate structure or on a project assignment.
