SBC is full of itself... The company talks the talk but does not walk
the walk. SBC does not value their employees. That is the downside to
working for the company. Although the pay is competitive with o.k.
benefits, can one person really take all the stress? The management
style is very liberal. Their open-door policy is only for positive
feedback, not constructive feedback. Once you provide constructive
feedback, it becomes a closed door policy. The call center enviorment
is stressful itself, it's a shame the leadership team adds to it. A
person would think the leadership team would have the same vision as
the company.
