You are interviewed by 2 or more people. Then you are called back for a
second interview by 2 or more people. Then you have to take a
personality test. Then they either write you an offer letter or write
you a thank you, but no thank you letter. If they offer the job to you
then you take a drug test and fill out a lot of paper work. They do a
full background check on you. If you pass everything, they will let you
know when you can start work. There are no sick days at Ryland Homes.
You receive 10 vacation days 1st year up till 5 years then it goes to 15
vacation days. There are i think 8 holidays a year and a personal day.
Managers get a lot of perks here, coming and going when they want,
taking full afternoons off without taking any vacation time etc, but
administrators HAVE to work 8-5 or take vacation hours if you just want
an afternoon off.
