Opportunties at Ruby Tuesday is just outstanding. Like with any job,
you have to start at the bottom of the ladder, but, if you want to
climb, they will help you achieve your goals. We occasionally have food
fights, water gun fights. The hours are really good. The management
gives you the hours that you need or want. They work with you. If you
have to call in because you are sick,the other team members pitchin an
cover your area. If other team members can't the managers get
involved. Now how many managers do you know get in and get dirty. Here
they do. Rubys is a great resturant to eat, with super food, but also a
super place to work.
