rbc has an excellent employee benefit program. They offer flexible
working hours, ideal for dual income families, due to
the fact that it's a 24 hour call center (inbound calls). They offer
their employees great bonus incentive programs as well as comparable pay
salaries. Dress code is office attire & casual on Friday, Saturday &
Sunday. The opportunities for
advancement are great, there is constant training & upgrading
opportunities being offered. All positions
are first posted for current employees then to outside sources. It is a
very diverse company full of ethnic culture. RBC supports charities &
has all sorts of activities for employees to volunteer for charities &
celebrate ethnic cultures other than your own. (Folklarama, every
year). There are many different rewards & recognition incentive
programs as well. Each year there are 12 employees who've done an
outstanding job in their positions who are rewarding with a cruise! RBC
offers weekly self-development time as well as one on one coaching with
your supervisor to improve yourself. This gives you some constructive
criticism as well as praise for jobs well done. Customers are # 1 to
RBC & we will do anything in our power to satisfy them. There are all
kinds of family oriented activities offered to the employees of RBC as
well. Every year there are children's & adults xmas parties, family
barbeques, family gatherings at Assiniboine park, family baseball
tournaments, etc.
