The current salary package is very good. I am above 50 k. but when I was
hired I
did not feel that I was given a right salary. But I think with my working
performance, they realized how good I was and increased the salary over
the
years. They did provide employee stock option which had the eligibility
for the
employees to buy the company??s stock after a certain percentage.
Benefits were
good with this company. The vacation varied with each position. With my
position,
I got 3 weeks.
They do provide bonus. But it is a combination factor. And the company
uses a
formula to decide the bonus and the salary hike. It calculates based
upon the
individual performance, their division's performance and the company's
overall
performance. But the most important deciding factor is the individual's
performance
