The hiring process was very tough. I had three rounds of interview. The
first round was with hiring manager alone. The manager asked my job
duties, how I performed in my previous jobs. The manager asked technical
questions and by all I felt it went very well. After a couple of weeks,
I had the second round of interview. This time it was with the hiring
manager and the team members. It was an opportunity for the manager to
see how I interact with the other team members and how I can perform as
team player. The team members asked lots of questions that varied form
previous employment, positive points about me and some negative points
also. The question I liked most and bit challenging was when one of the
team members asked of how I would feel if I had done something wrong at
work. I did manage to answer.
After a couple of weeks, I received a call from the recruiter that I
would have another interview. This time it was with the hiring manager
and the manager's boss. The upper manager want to know about my over all
skills and asked some questions that seem like how I would be beneficial
to the company. This interview lasted for an hour.
After a couple of weeks, I received a call from the recruiter that I am
hired and negotiated the deal. Overall I felt the process was very
challenging and the company made sure it selected the best candidate.
On my first day, the HR went through with me my benefits, compnay policy
and introduced to the workers and then took me to the hiring manager. On
the first day was very I was very tensed.
