It is a good place to work. Right now the company is going through a
tough period. We have been bought over by another Insurance Company.
With the current situation, company understands the employees feelings,
tries to help us work through the days of uncertainty.
The company recognizes hard work, provides rewards for the deserving
employees. It is a formal environment. We work from 8.AM to 5.00 PM and
the manager appreciates extra hours put by the employee to finish any
deadline. The appraisal process is very professional and provides a good
tool for salary increase, promotions.
