When I interviewed it was before the HR Mgr was hired so it was slighty
different than current process. I spoke with the CFO, CEO, COO
separately and was told by each one of them how "low maintenance" they
are. They each told stories about the other which I found strange. The
CFO talked about the bantering that went on between her and the CEO
about office temperature because they were in adjoining offices that
shared a thermostat. The COO talked about the CFO being a "school-marm"
and how she was so cheap she wouldn't give him a postage stamp or even
let him purchase one because there was no petty cash fund or any way for
him to pay the company the 37 cents back.. Amazzzzing! They drug test
all new employees. Since most of the regular employees are ex-
consultants who were laid-off you should be aware of management
consulting firm culture and personalities because you will be working
first hand with them.
