My current salary is $16.21/hr. I started at $14.48 2.5 years ago.
There is an
annual raise based on performance (quality scores for phone calls
reviewed) of
1-2%. Also, there are quarterly bonus available, based on company
profits and
performance, to the amount of up to $900. There are also tons of prizes
available via draws and ballots for selling services to customers who
would
benefit from them. There's also an annual trip giveaway where 1 person
from
each
call center (around 500 people * 6-7 call centers) are sent to the
carribean for
1 week. They also give great cell phone plans to employees with all the
added
features for free (saves me about $75 per month alone).
