Job Title Interview Survey
Customer Service Consultant The interview and hiring process is quite long. I filled out an online questionnaire that took approximately 30 minutes to fill out. I got a quick response via phone call. The phone call was a quick interview as well (I believe it is to filter out those with poor speech). I was then scheduled for an in-person interview. The interview lasted about 1.5-2 hours but was pretty relaxed. There were quite a few questions mainly going over my resume and leadership capabilities. I was then invited to take tests. The tests comprised of a literary test, a mathematical operations test, a computer software test and a customer service test (hypothetical phone conversation). The test was very easy. I had to be very persistent as I didn't get a call back. I called every week or so. They informed me that they would contact me when there were part-time positions available. I applied in August and only got a call-back in January. It was a long time waiting but well worth it.
