Customer Service Consultant The work atmosphere is pretty relax however some of the managers are very sales oriented which goes against my principles for customer service. The pay is great for a student like myself. The hours are quite flexible however they have a strict minimum of 16 hours per week. There doesn't seem to be any racism in the hiring process as the company staff is very diverse in ethnical backround, which is a good thing. The dress code is casual which enhances the comfortability factor. Advancement is possible however I've not looked too far into it as I am only part-time. I have heard though that managers are very helpful if you communicate your goals with them. I really enjoy the communication levels at the office. I openly communicate with my manager and my manager's manager. It is a great place to work as long as you don't take angry customer's to heart.
