The work atmosphere is pretty relax however some of the managers are
very sales oriented which goes against my principles for customer
service. The pay is great for a student like myself. The hours are
quite flexible however they have a strict minimum of 16 hours per
week. There doesn't seem to be any racism in the hiring process as the
company staff is very diverse in ethnical backround, which is a good
thing. The dress code is casual which enhances the comfortability
factor. Advancement is possible however I've not looked too far into
it as I am only part-time. I have heard though that managers are very
helpful if you communicate your goals with them. I really enjoy the
communication levels at the office. I openly communicate with my
manager and my manager's manager. It is a great place to work as long
as you don't take angry customer's to heart.
