The cell phone industry is a very competitve market therefore the
business is ever-changing. It is a challenge sometimes to stay aware
of all the promotions but the tools available are very good and
managers are always there when needed. There is a moderate churn rate
for employees as some people take customer's to heart. This causes
high stress. I however feel that I'm there to help and if customer's
don't want my help than I won't help them. You really have to seperate
your personal feelings from the job at hand. You must be sympathetic
to customers but not get all wrapped up in the situation. Some people
find this difficult but I found it pretty easy. You just can take
everyone too seriously and enjoy life. Also, don't bring work home!
