For me the interview process was very interesting as Rockwell was very
attracted by my resume and background on pharmaceutical industry. I only
had one round of interview with 3 different people and finally the next
day my boss calls me to ask me what I think of the interview process and
the position. When I said that I felt good, he said that he would call
me back withing next 30 minutes with his decision. Next thing he calls
me to let me know that he wants to extend an offer to me. This was right
before Sept 11. The HR person booked a ticket next day (Sept 11, 2001)to
Philadelphia (where I was living, then). he was supposed to meet me for
lunch and hand me the offer letter personaly. That's amazing for
Rockwell - I was very impressed. The think is that they didn't want to
loose me. By that time I didn't even visited Rockwell facilities nor
seen any one in person. the HR person couldn't come on sept 11 due to
the national dilema happend (twin tower). My offer was faxed and sent by
courier.
