I interviewed in a four step process. We had a conference to fill out
applications, then we were called for interviews with management and
hourly employees, then we were given a drug screen, once we passed the
drug screen we were given a starting date. The questions that were
asked of me were all based on morral structure and family values.
Questions like do you call in sick and do you beleive coming in to work
benefits your family.
