I started at RT in a newly created group. I was hired by some great
people who had a vision that I could embrace. We collaborated
constantly to provide a strong team mentality and supported senior
managment goals. As a result we were given stronger rolls defining
future strategy. Ultimately we realized these goals and moved on to
other areas of the organization. In each area I helped define the
strategy of the group, was involved in establishing a schedule/plan of
attack, and worked to implement systems and provide support the
organization. The groups that I've been involved with have been proud
of their open door policy. Management has been historically skewed to
white men, but there are several women managers, but no one of color.
Dress cod eis casual and flex hours are encouraged, to provide support
coverage over a longer day.
