I received a phone call from a mutual friend who knew of a HR opening
at a software company. Once my resume was forwarded I received a call
from the HR Manager within the week. I was asked a few questions and
then a time to come ine for an interview was set up. I was taken out to
lunch by the HR Manager and the two of us discussed the position and my
background. Shortly after that, possibly within another week, I
received a call asking me to come in for another interview. This time I
was to meet with a number of people. For 45 minutes I met with 3
various employees of the company. Immediately following that I met with
6 executives of the company for another 45 minutes. An offer of
employment was made two weeks later.
