An atmosphere with flexible work schedules has been synonymous with our
organization. Employees have flexible start and end work times each
day along with having various combinations of work schedules and being
given the option to work from their home from time to time. Flexible
work schedules have been a great resource for retaining top employees
and have helped improve recruiting efforts.
