Current bonuses total $2k for the year. I have 17 vacation days. I also take comp time when I feel I can without getting too far behind, or when I really just need a break. I have company paid medical insurance, a $150 annual wellness benefit. I have options to carry company-subsidized: long-term care insurance, life insurance, and accident insurance. I pariticpate in the company 401k plan, which matches dollar for dollar up to 4%, then 1/2 percent up to 6%. I also carry an increased long-term disability insurance. The premiums are only $30 or so a year for 70% payout versus the standard 50%.
