In Las Vegas, there is alot of competition. Across from every Rite Aid
there is a CVS, or a Walgreens or another drug company. Morale from
what I understand is not good. I still keep in touch with my mangers
and many have left the company and have gone to other retail chains.
Some cometitors, others not. There has been alot of talk in the past
about pulling the Vegas stores. But it is doubtful this will happen as
the CEO's like to visit. The overall for the chain of Rite Aid is
good. Like all employers many people will complain about their job,
but I believe that they do take care of their employees as far as
benefits goes.
