I suppose that the general perception of our company is very good,the
brand Renault is one of top brands in Slovakia and I find worth
mentioning that since the new management started working in Bratislava
in
2000, including myself, Renault gained the second position, with actual
market share 8,9%. Renault cars are considered to be very well equipped
with the attractive prices. The major weakness is Quality and Service
strategy with too high prices for the services in our network. Other
topics to be discussed are for ex. marketing strategy, concretly its
middle not longterm aspect, the mixture of the brands such as Renault
and
Dacia which we are expecting very soon. From the point of view of the
employee morale, I have to emphasize that personnel policy in Renault
Slovakia is a catastrophe.
